In this workshop, Esther and her puppet, Bernie the Bee, will assist kids in creating bee, bat and butterfly puppets and will teach about how these creatures pollinate many of the fruits and vegetables we eat, and how important they are to maintaining healthy ecosystems world-wide. Materials provided, but families are encouraged to bring recycled toilet paper and paper towel rolls for the base of the puppets, and any other recycled/upcycled materials such as colored paper, fabric scraps, beads, sequins, pipe cleaners etc. Best for ages 4-10.
