Hootenanny is a unique industry event supporting the family music artist community. The party originated in 2007 when a bunch of family musicians got together in Brooklyn to play music for each other, talk, and have a good time. It was awesome. Lifelong friends were made, seeds of collaborations were planted, and it continued in various forms for years. Lots and lots has happened since then.
